Christy's passion for raising the bar was fueled by her previous experience of 23 years as COO of one of the nation's first real estate teams to achieve over $1 Billion in sales. In 2018, she become self-employed for the first time (at age 56!) as the founder of Ops Boss® Coaching. The process she teaches in this workshop is the one that fueled her journey from "admin" to COO to Business Owner. And more importantly from "self proclaimed severely out of balance workaholic" to the woman she is today - proud wife, passionate business person, CoCo, Mom, fashionista, baseball afficionado and part-time "resident" of Paris, France. Her personal motto is “The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it.”
